Create a Leads Landing Page for your campaign

Create a Leads Landing Page for a signature campaign, a contact form, and more.

Written by Esdras Arévalo

Leads collection campaigns allow organizations to mobilize public support for their causes without requesting financial contributions. Unlike donation campaigns, which focus on fundraising, these campaigns are aimed at collecting data from people interested in the organization or in a specific initiative.

At StockCrowd, this model is set up through the Leads Landing, a type of campaign designed to collect contact information in a simple and structured way.

The Leads Landing can be used for different purposes, such as:

  • Collecting signatures to support a cause or petition

  • Contact forms (“Contact us”, “Write to us”, “Send us your proposal”)

  • Attracting people interested in wills and legacies

  • Volunteer registration

  • Registration for free or awareness events

  • Requests for information about programs or initiatives

  • Joining awareness campaigns

Below, we explain step by step how to create your first Leads Landing Page:

Guide to Creating a Signature Landing Page

Create Your Campaign

Go to the Home section of the software and look for the Leads Landing option under “Choose how you would like to raise funds”:

Once you have selected the campaign type, you will need to fill in the basic details:

  • Campaign title: This field refers to the title of your campaign. Remember that you can edit it at any time in the General Configuration tab.

  • Country: This country refers to the country where the donation certificate is issued. Even if you are not going to issue donation certificates, you must still choose a country.

  • Base language: Campaigns can be multilingual, but you must choose a base campaign language and translate it into other languages afterward.

Once you have completed these fields, all the available options for this type of campaign will be displayed.

By default, you will access the General Configuration area, where you can view and edit the previously defined fields:

  • Edit the title, country, and base language you previously entered.

  • Add a short description so your donors know more about your campaign.

  • Customize the color of the title and description text.

  • You can customize the “Sign now” button or leave the field empty to display the default configured text.

  • You can set the campaign start date (or pre-campaign start date, if applicable), the duration in days, and the target number of signatures to collect in the Duration and Goal section.

  • Additionally, there are other Configuration and Custom Code sections to personalize the landing page as much as possible according to your needs.

In our articles “Create a Form Campaign” and “Create a Donation Landing Page for Your Campaign,” we explain in more detail how to configure this area and the rest of the sections also available for this type of campaign.

Signature Box

In the Configuration section, you will find the Signature Box area.

You will find 4 tabs:

Customise

In this tab, you can change the color of the Signature Box.

You also have the option to customize the box button (1), and add a custom sentence below it (2). You can also modify the initial form text in the Signature Form Texts section (3).

Data

This tab shares many features with the data tab of a Donation Box, except for the following features that are specific to this type of campaign:

Duplicate Email Addresses

Here you can enable or disable whether signers with duplicate email addresses are allowed.

Consent to Publish Signer Data

In the Other Options section, signers can indicate whether or not they want their name to be published in the campaign participants list.

Gratitude and Integration

These tabs have the same functions as those in the donation box of a Form Campaign. You can review the details of their functionalities in the following links: Gratitude, Integration.

Campaign Display

💡 Signature campaigns now include visual progress elements that were previously unavailable: collected signature counter, progress bar toward the goal, and other indicators that encourage participation.

The available templates can be viewed from the Content > Campaign Templates section.

This is how your campaign will look depending on the template you choose:

Standard Landing Template

Displays the signature box in a compact way, ideal when you want to give more prominence to your campaign content.

Standard Embedded Landing Template

Integrates the signature form directly into the page, recommended to facilitate immediate signing.

By default, all campaigns will have the Standard Template selected. However, if you want to use the embedded template, you must select it directly from My Campaigns > URLs > Customize URL.

Signature Management

In the Management section, under Signatures, you will find all the signatures collected by the campaign. In this section, you can filter by email address and/or by start or end date. You can also export the list of signers in CSV format if needed.

Signature Campaigns Created Before January 30, 2026

Before January 30, 2026, signature collection campaigns were created differently. The process consisted of:

  • Creating a campaign of type Form or Landing.

  • Activating the following option in the Donation Box Data section:
“The collected data will only be used to collect signatures; payments will not be processed.”

This functionality has been replaced by the new Leads Landing campaign type, so it will no longer be available for Form or Landing campaigns created after the mentioned date.

What Happens to Older Campaigns?

If you already have Form or Landing campaigns created before January 30, 2026 with the signature option enabled, you can rest assured: these campaigns will continue functioning normally without any changes. There is no need to migrate them to the new format, although if you want to take advantage of the new features, we recommend creating a new Leads Landing campaign.

❓Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a Leads Landing Page and a donation campaign?

The Leads Landing Page is used specifically to collect contact data from people interested in your cause, without requesting financial contributions. Donation campaigns, on the other hand, are designed to capture financial resources. Each one has a different objective and tools adapted to achieve it.

Can I change the language of my Leads Landing Page after creating it?

Yes, you can change the base language of your campaign. However, we recommend carefully choosing the base language at the beginning, as it will be the main language for your entire campaign. Then, you can add translations to other languages in the settings section.

What should I do if I receive many duplicate signatures with the same email address?

You can disable duplicate emails in the Settings > Signature box > Data section. By disabling this option, the system will not accept more than one signature per email address, preventing the same person from signing multiple times.

Is it possible to export signatures in a format other than CSV?

Currently, the system allows you to export signatures in CSV format, which is compatible with most data management and analysis tools. If you need another format, you can import the CSV file into programs like Excel or Google Sheets to convert it to the format you need.

Can I allow signers to maintain their privacy if they wish?

Yes, in the Settings > Signature box > Data > Other options section, you can enable the "Acceptance to publish signer data" option. When you activate this option, the form includes a checkbox where signers can indicate whether they want their name to appear publicly in the list of participants or prefer to sign anonymously.

What happens if I change the template of my campaign after publishing it?

You can change the template of your campaign at any time from the My Campaigns > URLs > Customize URL section. The change will be applied immediately, and all new visitors will see the new template. The signatures already collected will remain intact.
