Every transaction validated by a bank has an ID and Stockcrowd receives this information and associates it with the relevant donation.

In this way from your payment gateway control panel, you can easily match donations with the transactions your bank receives.

Stockcrowd has a number of reports which can help you to trace donations.

On the other hand, often the payment gateway does not send donations to your account one by one but rather will make a transaction once per day including all the donations received the day before.

This bulk transaction also has an ID which then allows you within the payment gateway control panel to see which transactions were included as part of that payment using the ID previously mentioned.

Using these ID you can work out which donations are included in each payment and connect them with the information in the Stockcrowd system.
