Reports Available in StockCrowd
Stockcrowd provides various reports within the system.
We can add filters to the reports using the following parameters:
Date Range
Donor information: Name, Surname, Email
Payment Gateway
Payment method
Donation type: recurring or one-off
Other filters are specific to the type of campaign which you have created.
Once you have applied the filters you can see the results and download the data as a CSV file.

What data is included in the reports
With respect to the type of campaign, the data points may vary.
For example, an e-commerce report will have information about the products sold, shipping costs etc, which would not be included in other reports.
Below is a list of some of the data points that you can find in our reports:
Donation date
Confirmation date: this date could be different to the donation date depending on the payment method for example a transfer may take a few days to be confirmed.
Payment gateway
Payment method
Transaction ID
Donor´s contact details
Donation type / frequency
Donor language
UTM which you are using for tracking
Any privacy or communication options that the donor has selected
Data from any custom fields you have added to the donation form
Personalised reports
In some cases, you may need custom reports which could be a report in different formats (for example in pdf, txt or excel) and/or with fields in different formats.
The possibility to have a report tailored to your needs is only included in certain plans.
The customised reports can include fields from the standard report in different formats, with different column names and also new fields that you may require.
You can also select the format of the report, in this case, you will need to provide us with the exact specifications of the file.

Automated reports
Stockcrowd allows you to save reports so that once you applied your preferences and filters once you can save them and choose from the below options the frequency of which you wish to receive the reports by email:
Every day with the donations from the day before
Every Monday with details of the donations from the week before
The first day of each month with the donations from the previous month
