What is the integration with Mailchimp for?
Stockcrowd allows you to integrate your campaigns with Mailchimp so that donor email addresses can be exported to one of your Mailchimp contact lists (Audience).
Set up the integration with Mailchimp
To set up the integration with Mailchimp:
Go to Campaign > Settings > Mailchimp
2. Introduce the URL Mailchimp Administrator
the URL Mailchimp Administrator has a format like https://usXX.admin.mailchimp.com/ and you can copy it from the navigation bar once you access your Mailchimp account
3. Enter the Mailchimp API key

4. Validate the data by clicking on Data validation
5. Select a Contacts list
Once the data is validated, the contacts' lists (audiences) of your Mailchimp account will be displayed and you will be able to select one to which you want to export the donors' email addresses.

6. Enter the Store Name
This field represents the name of the Store to which, in your Mailchimp account, the donors' email addresses will be added.
Once you start creating a customer journey in Mailchimp, you'll be able to select the Store Name you entered in the integration settings
and set up the customer journey.
7. Save the configuration
To save your configuration, click on Save Configuration
Delete Mailchimp Integration settings
To remove Mailchimp integration settings:
1. Go to Campaign > Settings > Mailchimp
2. Click on Delete configuration
Export participants to Mailchimp
To export donors' email addresses to Mailchimp:
1. Go to Campaign > Settings > Mailchimp
2. Click on Export
At this point you will be shown the number of email addresses you just exported and the number of email addresses already exported to your Mailchimp list.
❗️❗️In order for email addresses to be exported to Mailchimp, donors must give their consent to receive information during the payment process by checking the following box
