When adding products to your online shop you can choose to add shopping costs and select the countries to which you can deliver them.

If you still haven´t created an online shop, then you can find our guide on e-commerce campaigns here.

Once you have added the product to your shop and saved the changes, you will find on the right-hand side the option to add shipping costs.

Shipping Costs by Country

First, download the CSV file with the list of countries.

You will need a CSV editor in order to edit the document. If you don´t have one, there are a number of tools available online such as this one.

When you open the CSV you will find a list of all the countries and a 0 in the Cost column.

Add the Shipping cost to all the countries to which you wish to ship your products. For those to which you cannot ship, leave the value as 0.

In the case there is a country where you wish to offer free shipping (even if it is just to some regions of that country), leave the cost as 0 and then in the column ¨Include without Shipping Costs¨ type TRUE.

Once you have finished editing the file save it again in CSV format and upload it to the BackOffice.

Once you have uploaded the country file, you will find a summary of the shipping costs uploaded:

Shipping costs by region

If we wish we can add shipping costs by state or region, first we must configure a general shipping cost for the country.

We can then add the shipping cost at the regional level.

You can ignore the first regions which belong to countries which do not have any shipping costs and edit directly those to which you ship.

Only edit the cost for the regions where the shipping cost is different to that set at the country level.

For the regions with the same shipping cost as you entered at the Country level leave the cost as 0.

In the case that there are regions to which you can not ship your products, enter FALSE into the fourth column.

Once you have completed the CSV, upload it to Stockcrowd.

Grouping shipping costs

In the case that you have shipping costs uploaded to more than one product and you want to group the shipping costs together select the below option.

This way if someone purchases more than one product to be delivered to the same address, they will only pay for shipping once (the system will apply the highest shipping cost of the items in their cart.)

Enable Pickup at Delivery Point

If a product is available to be picked from certain locations, we can activate this option also under shipping costs.

To add the Delivery Point address, go to Configuration> Rewards and select Pick up points.

Here you can add the name and addresses of your Pick up points.
