The E-commerce reports allow you to manage your stock, orders and buyers.
In this guide, we will explain what information you can get from these reports, where to find them and a couple of tips on how to use these reports.
1. What reports are available and what data is available in each one?
We have 4 reports for e-commerce campaigns:
Sales reports
PO reports
Inventory reports
Product reports
Below you will find an explanation of each report:
1.1. Sales reports
In this report, you can find a detailed report of every order.
Details of the product bought, for example, the colour or size selected by the user. Each of these details will be separated into different columns.
The delivery address or pick-up point. Information will only appear in this column if we have added delivery costs. This field does not reflect the address of the donor.
Breakdown of the price with information about the price per unit and VAT.
This report is in chronological order.
1.2. PO Report
The Order report contains general information about each order.
Breakdown of the total amount, where you can see which part corresponds to shipping costs or donation
Basic information about the buyer: name, email and telephone number
Any personalised fields which you have added to the form.
This report is in chronological order.
1.3. Inventory report
This report gives you an inventory of your products, showing the stock and the number of units sold.
In the case that you have stock with certain specifications (e.g. by size) this information is also included.
1.4. Product report
In this report, you can find information about the sale of different products such as the number of units sold, the number of orders per product and a price breakdown including VAT.
2. How to download the reports
To download the reports, go to the Management area of your campaign. Go to 'Contributions' and from the Options button in the top right, select 'Generate Reports.'
A window will appear where you can select which reports you want and for which campaigns. There are also filters which you can use.
Your reports will be sent to the email of your Stockcrowd account.
3. Tips: How to use these reports

In addition, there are various data points in the reports which help you to help cross over information if necessary. The most commonly used are:
