As of June 7, 2023, it is mandatory to inform the country in the billing information.
Once you access your account:
1. Click on Billing Data:
2. Fill in the Country field and click on Save
If the following warning is displayed when activating a campaign, click on Configure and proceed as indicated in the previous paragraph.
You can manage your account, plan and billing information via the Account and Billing page, which you can find under Organisation in your StockCrowd Account.
On this page, you can:
Review your current plan, including the fees and the products and features included.
Add your payment details if you are a new customer
See the history of changes made to your plan

👉 To check the conditions for your StockCrowd account, we recommend that you visit the Account and Billing page of your account.
Set Up your Account & Billing
When first creating your StockCrowd account, you'll have to fill in the Billing Information in order to activate your future campaigns.
To do it, you'll see a pop-up button on the upper-right side of your screen that says "Complete Tasks".
Once clicked, a side menu will appear where you will be able to fill in all your information:
Address
Post Code
City
County
Country
Billing Name
Billing NIF
Billing email
And click on "Save".
❗️Please, keep in mind adding ALL of this information is mandatory.
This data will be later displayed in the following Billing settings, you can access it from Company > Account & Billing > General.
1. General: Information about your current plan
At the "General" tab, you can see the details of your contracted plan, such as:
Billing information. View your Organisation's tax billing data.
Current Commissions. Check the commissions applied to the donations you receive.
Current Products. Find in this list the products and functionalities included in your plan.
Quotas. You will see the quotas and usage limitations in your StockCrowd account.
Commission Groupings.
2. Documents: Check the invoices issued in your plan
In the "Documents" tab, you will soon be able to see the new invoices issued in your StockCrowd account.
We are very close to finishing this development, working on improvements so that you can receive invoices in this section, automatically.
❗️ For now, you will receive the invoices in the email informed at the time you hired your plan. For questions about your invoice, write to our team at [email protected].
3. Subscriptions: Manage products and your current plan
In the "Subscriptions Tab" you can verify your current plan and contract new products that are not initially included in it.
Keep in mind that if you are on the Starter plan, you must first add your bank details before you upgrade or add new products to your plan.

4. Bank Data: Review billing details
You can verify your bank details in the "Bank Details", if you have hired a plan with a monthly cost,

5. History: View all changes in your plan
You will see in the "History" tab any changes made to the plan and the corresponding dates.
