Forgotten Password - Recover access to Stockcrowd Account
In the case that you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the Stockcrowd's Login page.
1. Start Password renewal process: On the Login page of the app, click on the Option "Have you forgotten your password".
2. Enter your Organisation's email: Enter the email address you have used to register your Organisation in Stockcrowd, and we'll send you an email with a recovery code.
Remember that you must use the exact same email you used to register in Stockcrowd.
3. Check your email inbox, and reset password: Check your inbox - make sure to also check your SPAM inbox, and follow the Email instructions to reset the password and recover your account.
❗️After trying these steps, if you still can't access your account, please send an email to [email protected], and our team will help you. However, please keep in mind that we must carefully verify your identity and account details in this process.
Change a Password - Create new Login details
If you wish to change your password, you can do so from the back office by clicking on your initial in the top right-hand corner:
Select the option "Change Password" from the drop-down menu:
From there you can change your password by providing your current password and entering your new one.
