This article explains how to recover access to your Stockcrowd account if you've forgotten your password, and how to change your password from within your account if you want to create new login credentials.

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the Stockcrowd login page. Follow these steps:

1. Start the password reset process: on the Stockcrowd login page, click on the "Forgot your password?" option.

2. Enter your organization email: This will take you to the Stockcrowd password recovery page. Enter the email you used to register your organization in Stockcrowd, so we can send you an email with instructions. Remember that this email must be exactly the same one you used to sign up for Stockcrowd.

3. Reset your new password: check your email inbox (also check your SPAM folder) and follow the instructions in the email to reset your password and recover access to your account.

If you want to change your password, you can do so from within your Stockcrowd account by clicking on your profile options in the top right menu.

Next, select the "Change Password" option.

Follow the instructions to change your password.

You must use exactly the same email you used to register your organization and sign up for Stockcrowd.

Check your inbox and also your SPAM folder. If after following all the steps of the recovery process you still can't access your account, send an email to [email protected] and our team will help you.

You can change your password by clicking on your profile options in the top right menu of your Stockcrowd account and selecting the "Change Password" option.
