YouTube videos can be added to different types of campaigns. To do so, you will need to get the video URL following our instructions, and then paste it in the relevant field.

1. Getting the Video URL

To get the Video URL, simply head over to Youtube.com and find and click on your video. Once you are watching the video you want to use, click the Share button that appears under the video:

This will open a pop-up, with different sharing options. With the default option selected, click on the Copy button:

❗❗❗ It's important that you use the Copy button from the YouTube platform, as using the URL from the web browser might not work

Once you have copied the link, you'll be able to add it to your campaign.

2. Using the Video in your campaign

Once you have the YouTube video URL, it's very easy to add it in your campaign. This is done from the Content menu:

🌟 When using Donation Forms this option will only be available on the Header and footer module.

Depending on the type of campaign you're setting up, you'll be able to access the different menu options to add a YouTube video. For example, Landing, Showcase, and E-commerce campaigns have the following modules available where you can add a YouTube video:

  • Header and footer

  • Information

  • More information

  • Updates

  • Testimonials

The option available on the campaign Header allows you to select a Cover video, where you can add the Video URL from YouTube:

❗Videos loaded will have preference over the image slisdeshow.

❗Any videos loaded in the header will show with no sound.

Other modules, like the Information module, will have the option to Add a header so that you can enter the YouTube URL. This option is located at the top right corner of the screen:

Once you Add a header simply select the option "Video URL on the Internet" as shown below:
