Within your campaign's hosting options (you can view them all in this article), the Embedded in your organization's website option allows you to display your campaign directly on your own website, without depending on a StockCrowd URL or a custom domain pointing to our servers.

Within this option, you can choose how it's displayed: as a Donation Box that opens in a pop-up window, as a Donation Box always visible at a specific point on your page, or by downloading your campaign's complete HTML to host it yourself as a full-page website on your own server.

In this article you'll find the three available integration methods and how to apply them to your campaign.

To find all embedding options, select a campaign and go to Settings > Donation Box. Then select the Integration tab.

You can create a pop-up modal with your Donation Box. Within the Integration tab, choose the Modal Style option. This option allows you to create a button with a call-to-action (CTA) that opens the form as a modal.

When the donor clicks the CTA button, the Donation Box opens as a pop-up:

The CTA button that opens the modal comes with default text ("Pay Now"). Currently there is no option to customize this CTA button from our software, but you can customize this text when you copy and paste the code on your container page.

If you prefer to embed the Donation Box directly on your website without a button, you should choose the Embedded Style option in the same Integration tab. In this case, the donation form will be visible immediately in the part of your website where you've embedded it.

This option allows you to host your campaign as a complete web page (full-page) on your own domain, rather than embedding it within another page. It's available on the Essential, Professional and Premium plans, which allow you to download the HTML file of your campaigns to upload it to your own servers.

To host your campaign on your own domain, you need:

Once you have both your hosting service and your domain ready, you need to upload the HTML file to the server where you have your website hosted. You can also download the HTML file from Content > Campaign Templates:

You have different methods to upload your campaign's HTML, which effectively do the same thing: they allow you to upload the HTML file to your hosting service so it can be displayed on your website. The most common methods are:

In this example, we'll focus on the third option: using your host's control panel to upload HTML files.

All hosting services offer a control panel where you can edit your website information. This tool is normally used to:

Keep in mind that hosting services use different management systems, but the logic is similar in all of them. One of the most widely used is Cpanel, which we'll use as the basis for this explanation.

From your control panel you can control all your website's options. Select the option that allows you to manage and upload files (File Manager).

Within the file manager (File Manager), find the option to upload files (Upload). You can upload your files to your website the same way you would upload an attachment in your email.

If the campaign is active, it will become visible on your website after uploading the file.

Keep in mind that if you make any of the following changes to your campaign, you need to repeat this process: download the new HTML and upload it again to your servers.

If your campaign will be hosted on WordPress, you should also keep the following in mind.

If you're the administrator of your WordPress server: the best way to upload the HTML file is to create a URL within your WordPress server that hosts the campaign. Remember to add a CTA (call-to-action button) that directs users from your WordPress to the URL where you've uploaded the campaign's HTML.

If you depend on third parties to manage this service: if you don't directly manage WordPress, send the HTML file to the administrators and ask them to create the corresponding URL and CTA.

You can choose between three options: display the Donation Box as a pop-up window (modal style), embed the Donation Box directly on your page (embedded style), or embed the complete campaign as an HTML page in full screen hosted on your own domain.

The CTA button comes with default text ("Pay Now!") and currently cannot be customized from the StockCrowd software, but you can change this text when you copy and paste the code on your container page.

You need two things: a domain or domain name and a web hosting or hosting service contracted. Once you have both, you need to download the HTML file of your campaign and upload it to the server where your website is hosted.

The option to download the HTML file to host it on your own servers is available on the Essential, Professional and Premium plans.

You need to repeat the download and upload of the HTML file if you edit or create new fields for the Donation Box, if you change the cookie consent policy or add a pixel (such as a Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager code), or if you edit or add buttons for sharing on social networks.
