In order to import your recurring donations that until now have been managed outside our platform, you need two fundamental things:

- Have Stripe as a payment gateway, and have SEPA debits activated

- Have sufficient data on donors to be able to fill in our import template.

Access your campaign and go to Management> Periodic charges> Options> Download donor import template.

By clicking on this option, you will be downloaded an Excel template where you must fill in the data of the donors to import.

❗️ Please note that the template can only be imported if all the data/columns are completed.

Once you have the template ready you can go back to the Options on the Periodic Charges page and then select "Import Donors".

The process is automatic and immediate, however, the SEPA debit charge is not and it can take up to 15 days for the payment to be made.

Whilst the payments are being processed and are pending confirmation from the bank, they will appear in the "Pending transactions" section.

Once they are confirmed, you will be able to see them in the "Contributions" area along with the rest of the donations to your campaign.
