How does subscription cancellation work at StockCrowd?
Our subscription plans are billed annually, so a subscription will continue until the end of its billing cycle even after it has been cancelled. You can request monthly invoices, even though the subscription is contracted annually.
For example, if the subscription started on July 1, 2023 and was cancelled on July 15, you will be able to continue using the subscription until your plan ends on July 1, 2024, and you will continue to receive a monthly invoice during that period.
