Looking for new ways to help donors find your campaigns? With a QR code, donors can access your campaigns quickly and easily.
You can add the QR code to emails, printed materials, posters, or anywhere that reaches your audience. Donors simply need to open their phone camera and scan the QR code to be taken directly to the corresponding campaign.
Each campaign can have multiple URLs configured, and you can generate an independent QR code for each one of them.
How to generate a QR code for your campaign URL
To generate a QR code, follow these steps:
1. Go to My Campaigns
From your Stockcrowd account, navigate to Dashboard > My Campaigns. You will see the list of all your active campaigns.
2. Open the URL settings for the campaign
In the Urls column, click the link icon (🔗) for the campaign you want to generate a QR code for. A pop-up window will open showing all the URLs configured for that campaign.
3. Select "Generate QR code" for the desired URL
In the pop-up window, you will see the list of available URLs for that campaign. Next to each URL there is a gear icon (⚙️). Click on it and select "Generate QR code" from the dropdown menu.
💡 Puedes generar un código QR diferente para cada URL que tenga configurada tu campaña.
4. Download the generated QR code
A new window will open displaying the QR code generated for that URL. Click "Download image" to save it to your device as a SVG file.
Once downloaded, you can use it in your communication materials: emails, posters, flyers, or any other channel that reaches your donors.
Changelog
🔔 March 2026 - Flow change · QR generation integrated into each campaign
The QR generator has been moved from a dedicated section in the Organization area (previously restricted to some users based on permissions) to the URL settings of each campaign. Now, users with access to specific or all campaigns can generate QR codes directly from their campaigns, linked to the configured URLs.
Previously, the generator was a free field that allowed generating QR codes for any URL. To generate QR codes for external URLs, you can use any QR generation tool without issue.
