We’re committed to continually improving our fundraising products, and we have some fantastic Peer-to-Peer updates coming your way!

We’re excited to roll out this new update, the first in a series of development, which will be automatically updated to your account on June 21, 2023.

Here's a glimpse of the key enhancements you can look forward to:

  • An improved registration journey - creating or joining a Fundraising Page will now be a seamless, enjoyable experience for all fundraisers.

  • A new type of Fundraising Page: the Organisation Page. Team and Individual Fundraising Pages can be brought together under this central ‘parent’ page, helping your corporate or community partners showcase their collective effort and impact.

  • Improved view and navigation in the Fundraiser Dashboard.

  • Fundraisers joining Teams or Organisations no longer need to wait for page owner approval, meaning they can start fundraising more quickly. They also have the freedom to unlink themselves from a Team or Organisation Page if they wish.

  • We’ve redesigned the Fundraising Page-settings menu, including quick-action icons to offer a more intuitive way of managing its options.

  • We included the possibility of creating QR codes linking to your Fundraising Page.

  • Fundraising Page URLs will be created using the name you choose for the Fundraising Page, rather than the title you give it. The result? Clearer, punchier, more shareable web addresses.

In addition to these improvements, we’re introducing some extra functionalities to help you customise your Peer-to-Peer Marketplace and manage the data collected from your fundraisers:

  • A new Regulatory tab in your Marketplace settings: add specific fundraiser code of conduct agreements or terms and conditions, set your marketing consent statements, and apply safety controls for minors.

  • More flexibility to manage how you collect data from your fundraisers during registration, ensuring you gather the information that matters most to you.

  • For our UK-based users, Gift Aid totals will be displayed on Fundraising pages.

  • A new Fundraising Pages Report. We won’t remove the existing report straight away. Your teams can continue to report on your Campaigns, whilst you familiarise yourself with the new one and plan any adjustments to your internal processes that may be required before you switch.
