How does the cancellation work?
Our subscription plans are billed ANNUALLY, so a subscription will continue until the end of your billing cycle even after it has been cancelled.
You can request monthly invoices, although the subscription contract is yearly.
For example, if you subscribed on 1 July 2023 and cancelled on 15 July, you’ll still be able to use your subscription until your plan ends on 1 July 2024. And you'll still receive a monthly invoice.
